Moldova Overview
Moldova is a landlocked country in Eastern Europe which was part of the ex Soviet Union. Moldova is bordered by Ukraine to the north, east and south, and Romania to the west. The official name of the country is Republic of Moldova. Chisinau (also known as Kishinev in the past) is the capital and the largest city. The second largest Moldavian city is Beltsy. |
